Pronunciation

最低(さいてい/saitei)

最悪(さいあく/saiaku)

使えねえ(つかえねえ/tsukaene)

Note:
最=Most
低=Low
悪=Evil , Worst
高= High

Opposite to 最低 & 最悪= 最高(さいこう/saikou) = Good, Excellent

Meaning

Suck


Example

あんた最低 (anta saitei) = You suck

最近どう(sai kin dou) = How is it going?

つかえねえなーこのくるま(tsukaene na- kono
kuruma) = This car is useless = This car sucks

おまえつかえねえなー(omae tsukaene na-) = You are useless = You suck
