Pronunciation in Japanese

1) おげんきですか(お元気ですか/ogenkidesuka)
= How are you?

おこさんおげんきですね(お子さんお元気ですね/okosan ogenkidesune)

2) どうですか
(doudesuka)
= How is it going?

なにがですか(nanigadesuka)
=what are you talking about?

3) ちょうしどうですか(調子どうですか/cyoushi doudesuka)
=
How is it going? (How is your condition?)

くるま(車/kuruma)
= car

どうですかちょうしは(どうですか調子は/doudesuka cyoushiha)
=
How is it going? (How is your condition?)

4) さいきんどうですか(最近どうですか/saikin doudesuka)
=
How is it going recently?

どうですかさいきん(どうですか最近/doudesuka saikin)
=
How is it going recently?

5) さいきんちょうしどうですか(最近調子どうですか/saikin cyoushi doudesuka)
= How is it going recently?

6) あれからちょうし
どうですか(あれから調子どうですか/arekara cyoushi doudesuka)
= How is it going since then?

7) どうすか(dousuka)
= How is it going?
