i think this one has a few various ways to say it, the first is by using koto and dekiru.
___事が出来ます。
___koto ga dekimasu.

the other one is changing the verb into a potential form.
食べる –> 食べれる
taberu (to eat) –> tabereru. (can/has ability to eat)
