anyways since i’m a beginner myself, my guess would be something like;

家族 / 家庭が分離しました・分離した。
kazoku / katei ga bunri shimashita / bunri shita.

OR

家族 / 家庭が別れました・別れた。
kazoku / katei ga wakaremashita / wakareta.

these words seems to fit but i got these from google translate and got the description of the words from tangorin.com a Japanese-English dictionary. so i cant tell you how accurate the verb is as it is. most likely wrong?

anyways, the one ends with “mashita” is a polite past tense conjugation and the one with “ta” is a casual past tense.

kazoku — family, family member
katei — home, family, household
ga — subject marker particle
bunri — separation, partition, detachment, segregation, isolation, decollection
shimashita — polite past of suru — to do
shita — casual past of suru
wakaremashita — polite past of wakareru — to divided, to separate, to part from, to bid farewell.
