I will clarify just in case, that goes in this context means saying, producing a sound, not moving somewhere. 

I am asking because I wanted to use it as a little catchphase. If the word has gender variations – i am interested in a male cat (or kitty).  Also any variations that would make it kind of cute would be nice.
