shinyou — trust, reliance, fidelity, honesty (shinjiru means to believe, so you know where that comes from)
no — possessive particle
mondai — problem, issues, (question)
Example:
なんでかれにくるまかしてあげないの/何で彼に車貸してあげないの?
nande kareni kuruma kashite agenai no
Why don’t you lend your car to him?
ま、しんようのもんだいだよね/ま、信用の問題だよね
ma shinyou no mondai dayone
