anata wa, nani wo tonikaku shitteimasu ka?
anata — you
wa — topic particle (pronounced “ha” when not a particle)
nani — what
wo — direct object particle
tonikaku — anyway, anyhow, generally speaking, somehow or other
shitteimasu — polite presant progressive form (~te iru) of shiru, to know
